Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Lead engaging therapy sessions focused on speech, language, and communication goals
• Carefully monitor, assess, and document student progress
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to promote integrated care
• Actively involve and educate families throughout the therapy process

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• State licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Preferred: Experience working with pediatric or school-aged clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capable of working independently as well as within a team
