Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) supporting students in an on-site school setting for the 2026-2027 academic year. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about shaping young lives through speech and language support and ready to work closely with a dedicated team. You’ll work with a manageable caseload of 51 students, collaborating alongside three speech paraprofessionals and one paperwork para.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
  • Comfortable working on-site; teletherapy is not available for this position
  • Familiarity with healthcare standards and best practices for school-based SLPs
  • Ability to oversee, communicate, and collaborate with paraprofessional staff
  • Recent CFs may apply if working under an approved external supervisor

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
  • Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Adapt interventions to each student’s needs, collaborating with other educators and support personnel
  • Develop and maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation for compliance and progress monitoring
  • Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
  • Support, guide, and offer professional insight to paraprofessional team members
