Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in O Fallon, IL

Key Qualifications:

• Active State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
• State Teaching Certificate
• State Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Experience or interest in elementary caseloads, school-based SLP work, and pediatric populations
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome
• Comfortable providing services fully on-site

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and implement therapy plans for elementary students
• Manage a caseload of 30-35 students across a single school site
• Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals and document student progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families for holistic student support
• Maintain meticulous records in accordance with school and state guidelines

Compensation & Benefits: This full-time position offers a pay range of $40–$55 per hour, depending on your experience, specialty, and assignment location.
