Key Qualifications:
- Active State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- State Teaching Certificate
- State Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience or interest in elementary caseloads, school-based SLP work, and pediatric populations
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome
- Comfortable providing services fully on-site
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and implement therapy plans for elementary students
- Manage a caseload of 30-35 students across a single school site
- Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals and document student progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families for holistic student support
- Maintain meticulous records in accordance with school and state guidelines
Compensation & Benefits: This full-time position offers a pay range of $40–$55 per hour, depending on your experience, specialty, and assignment location.
