Qualifications/Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Illinois
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience (Pre-K–12) strongly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in Pre-K–12
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to achieve student goals
- Document intervention progress and maintain compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
