Desired Skills & Experience
- Master’s in Speech Language Pathology (or related field)
- Current or eligibility for state licensure (Illinois)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience in pediatric SLP, with a focus on early childhood
- Proficiency in school-based SLP services and/or teletherapy
- Collaborative mindset; willingness to work alongside an onsite SLP for additional support
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver assessments, individualized treatment, and communication interventions for early childhood caseloads
- Implement IEPs and maintain timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Adapt service delivery to both onsite and teletherapy formats as needed
