Desired Skills & Experience

• Master’s in Speech Language Pathology (or related field)
• Current or eligibility for state licensure (Illinois)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience in pediatric SLP, with a focus on early childhood
• Proficiency in school-based SLP services and/or teletherapy
• Collaborative mindset; willingness to work alongside an onsite SLP for additional support

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver assessments, individualized treatment, and communication interventions for early childhood caseloads
• Implement IEPs and maintain timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
