Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid WA licensure (or eligibility for licensure in Washington State)
• Previous experience working within a K-12 school environment preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to organize and manage a part-time school-based caseload (.4 FTE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language services to K-12 students, including assessments, individualized therapy, and progress monitoring
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain clear, accurate records and document student progress
• Consult with teachers, families, and other educational staff to support student success
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school activities as needed
• Stay current on best practices and updates in the field of speech-language pathology
