This full-time opportunity runs from August 19, 2026, through June 1, 2027, offering the chance to work onsite with a diverse student population ranging in age from preschool through young adulthood.

Qualifications:

  • Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • Professional Educator License (PEL) required
  • Prior experience in a school environment preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to working onsite full-time, 35 hours per week
  • Ability to support students ages 3 to 21, depending on school assignment

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized education plans
  • Provide guidance to teachers on classroom strategies to support student communication needs
