Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Professional Educator License (PEL) required
- Prior experience in a school environment preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to working onsite full-time, 35 hours per week
- Ability to support students ages 3 to 21, depending on school assignment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized education plans
- Provide guidance to teachers on classroom strategies to support student communication needs
