Embrace an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young learners through a part-time speech-language pathologist role supporting an early childhood program. This contract position offers 2.5 days per week, totaling 18 hours, and spans the entire school year. Additionally, there are two full-time positions available for elementary maternity leave coverage—one from August to October and another extending from August through December.

Your expertise as an SLP-CCC will help shape communication skills in early learners and elementary students within a collaborative, supportive educational environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a speech-language pathologist
  • Previous experience with early childhood or elementary populations highly valued
  • Strong communication, time management, and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for early learners and elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
  • Provide direct therapy services in various formats (individual, group, classroom-based)
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student growth
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with all regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and professional development activities
