What You Bring:
- Active SLP license and ASHA CCC certification
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Passion for fostering student growth and supporting diverse learning needs
Your Role Will Include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and providing direct therapy services to K-8 students with varying speech and language needs
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining accurate and timely records in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Consulting with classroom staff to support integration of communication strategies
- Participating in team meetings and parent conferences as needed
- Contributing to a positive and inclusive school environment
