Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
• Experience in school-based settings preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with evaluating and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals and district standards
• Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders and recommend interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for each student on your caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow school professionals for cohesive student support
