Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Eligible for (or holding) Michigan state licensure as an SLP
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school setting
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to promote student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with school district requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
