What You Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
  • Current or pending CA Speech-Language Pathology licensure
  • Eligibility for or possession of SLP-CCC certification or SLP-CF status
  • Experience supporting school-aged children, preferably in an elementary setting
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to creating inclusive, engaging learning environments

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s needs
  • Deliver therapy sessions—both individually and in small groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to develop integrated learning strategies
  • Track student progress, maintain records, and update IEP goals as required
  • Participate in school meetings, professional development, and parent conferences
  • Serve as a resource for staff and parents on speech-language development
