What You Bring:
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
- Current or pending CA Speech-Language Pathology licensure
- Eligibility for or possession of SLP-CCC certification or SLP-CF status
- Experience supporting school-aged children, preferably in an elementary setting
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to creating inclusive, engaging learning environments
Your Day-to-Day:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s needs
- Deliver therapy sessions—both individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to develop integrated learning strategies
- Track student progress, maintain records, and update IEP goals as required
- Participate in school meetings, professional development, and parent conferences
- Serve as a resource for staff and parents on speech-language development
