School Speech Language Pathologist - Oakdale, CA

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certification as SLP-CCC or ability to complete CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) requirements
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Passion for working with elementary-aged children and diverse student needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with educators and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and develop individualized therapy plans for elementary students
• Provide direct therapy and intervention services, both individually and in group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and parents to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to team discussions
• Engage in ongoing professional development and remain current with best practices
