Make a significant impact in the lives of high school students as a Speech Language Pathologist for the upcoming 24/25 school year. This contract opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals ready to work with a vibrant group of primarily 9th-grade students and help them succeed academically and socially.

In this role, you’ll assess and support a manageable caseload of 35 to 45 students, collaborating with educators to develop and implement individualized therapy plans. As the dedicated SLP on campus four days per week, you’ll provide direct speech and language intervention, contribute to IEP meetings, and offer expert guidance to both staff and families.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP-CCC credential required
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Strong skills in individualized assessment and therapy planning
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Passion for empowering adolescents to reach their fullest potential

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve students on your caseload by delivering individualized speech and language therapy
  • Conduct screenings, comprehensive evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoring
  • Develop IEP goals and participate actively in interdisciplinary meetings
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and families for optimal student support
  • Maintain accurate records and timely documentation according to school protocols
