Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current CCC-SLP certification required
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
• Prior experience working in a school-based setting preferred
• Well-versed in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy planning for a diverse student population
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Comfort collaborating with families, teachers, and related service providers
• Able to adapt to both in-person and virtual therapy delivery, as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students referred for services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapeutic interventions in accordance with best practices and school guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and case management activities
• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with school, state, and federal requirements
• Provide support and training for staff and caregivers to maximize therapy outcomes
• Serve as a resource for colleagues on speech-language development
