Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
  • California state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior experience working in school settings preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students in individual or group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and school-based teams as required
  • Adhere to all school, state, and federal policies and procedures
