Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid and current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) from ASHA
• Active State Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders using standardized evaluations and collaborative input
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions in both group and individual formats
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, collaborating with educators and families
• Provide coaching and resources to teachers and parents to support student development
• Maintain compliance with school, local, and federal regulations
