With flexibility for both full and part-time schedules, you’ll enjoy a workweek of 37.5 hours if full-time, serving no more than 65 students across one or two school sites. Desired Qualifications:

  • Current SLP-CCC credentials and valid state licensure
  • Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Comfort working in both individual and group settings
  • Adaptability to manage diverse student needs and build positive rapport with staff and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments in accordance with educational best practices
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
  • Provide direct therapy services, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain thorough documentation following school and regulatory guidelines
