Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a Clinical Competence Certification (CCC)
- Experience working in K-12 school settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Proficient in assessing and treating speech and language disorders
- Commitment to collaborating with educational staff and families
Location: Oakland, CA
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and maintain individualized education plans (IEPs) to address student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create a comprehensive support plan
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student outcomes
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions to support diverse learning styles
