Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Active California SLP license (SLP-CCC highly preferred)
- Open to SLPAs if supervision is available
- Previous experience in school settings preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

- Collaborative mindset with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
- Assess, screen, and monitor progress using evidence-based practices
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with classroom teachers and staff to support student achievement
- Consult with parents and caregivers regarding progress and strategies for reinforcement at home
- Support a positive, inclusive, and welcoming learning environment
