Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active California SLP license (SLP-CCC highly preferred)
• Open to SLPAs if supervision is available
• Previous experience in school settings preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

• Collaborative mindset with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
• Assess, screen, and monitor progress using evidence-based practices
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate records
• Work closely with classroom teachers and staff to support student achievement
• Consult with parents and caregivers regarding progress and strategies for reinforcement at home
• Support a positive, inclusive, and welcoming learning environment
