Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP; CCC-SLP preferred
• Strong knowledge of assessment, therapy, and individualized education program (IEP) planning in school settings
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educators, families, and administrators
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• SLPAs may be considered if appropriate supervision can be provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy for students in ESY and during the regular school year, supporting a diverse caseload
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify students’ needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEPs
• Document progress, maintain records, and communicate regularly with parents and educational staff
• Provide consultation and guidance to teachers and support staff, fostering inclusive classroom environments
• If supervising an SLPA, provide mentorship and oversight in accordance with licensure standards
