Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) required.
  • California SLP license (or ability to obtain).
  • Experience working with K-12 students is preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among K-12 students.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans according to IEP goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal student progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress.
  • Serve as a resource for school staff regarding language and communication support strategies.
