Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current ASHA certification (CCC) or status as a Clinical Fellow (CF)
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Experience in school settings preferred but not required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and maintain thorough documentation
• Provide therapy sessions individually or in groups, targeting a range of speech and language goals
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
