Speech-Language Pathologists with CCC certification are encouraged, and SLPAs will also be considered for available roles.

What’s Needed:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or related field)
  • Valid California state licensure or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
  • Experience working within a school setting is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective IEP goals and therapy plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and interventions for students according to IEP requirements
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote student success
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and session notes
  • Adapt therapy techniques to accommodate individual student needs and learning styles
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute collaboratively to educational programming
  • Option to work with a range of caseloads based on your experience and preferences

For this full-time contract role, enjoy a competitive pay range of $60-$75 per hour, based on experience and role assignment.
