Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly desirable
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven capacity to function independently and as a collaborative team member
  • Compliance with all state licensure requirements for Speech-Language Pathology

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language disorders
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific needs
  • Lead therapy sessions to support students in reaching communication goals
  • Maintain detailed documentation of progress and outcomes for each student
  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a cohesive approach to care
  • Involve and educate families to foster engagement in the therapeutic process
