What you’ll bring:

  • Credentials in Speech-Language Pathology and eligibility for licensure in California
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required
  • Confidence managing diverse caseloads, including articulation, language, and social communication needs
  • Skills in IEP development, assessments, and collaborative intervention planning
  • Commitment to fostering growth and communication in students from a variety of backgrounds
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services within a K-12 environment
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and collaborate with educators and families
  • Support students’ communication milestones and advocate for their needs
  • Document progress, maintain compliance, and champion positive outcomes for all learners
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to further student success
