What you’ll bring:
- Credentials in Speech-Language Pathology and eligibility for licensure in California
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Confidence managing diverse caseloads, including articulation, language, and social communication needs
- Skills in IEP development, assessments, and collaborative intervention planning
- Commitment to fostering growth and communication in students from a variety of backgrounds
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services within a K-12 environment
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and collaborate with educators and families
- Support students’ communication milestones and advocate for their needs
- Document progress, maintain compliance, and champion positive outcomes for all learners
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to further student success
