Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active and current state licensure as an SLP or SLP-CCC
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging therapeutic environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student growth and progress
  • Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings as required
  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services aligning with student goals and district standards
  • Provide training and resources to educators and families regarding strategies to facilitate student success
  • Manage a varied caseload and adapt to students’ diverse needs in a fast-paced school environment
