Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active and current state licensure as an SLP or SLP-CCC
- Previous experience working with K-12 students in a school setting strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging therapeutic environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student growth and progress
- Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services aligning with student goals and district standards
- Provide training and resources to educators and families regarding strategies to facilitate student success
- Manage a varied caseload and adapt to students’ diverse needs in a fast-paced school environment
