Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active California SLP license (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and parents
- Comfortable working with a diverse caseload across a variety of age groups
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, interdisciplinary teams, and families to support student success
- Document all services provided and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions as required
