Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active California SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and parents
  • Comfortable working with a diverse caseload across a variety of age groups

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, interdisciplinary teams, and families to support student success
  • Document all services provided and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions as required
