Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs
  • Provide engaging therapy sessions that incorporate best practices and evidence-based techniques
  • Monitor, measure, and document progress with attention to detail
  • Collaborate proactively as part of a multidisciplinary team to optimize student outcomes
  • Educate and involve families throughout the intervention process to maximize support
  • Maintain seamless communication with colleagues, staff, and caregivers

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active state license (or eligibility for licensure) from the appropriate regulatory board
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience working with pediatric or K-12 student populations is preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a collaborative educational team
