Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid California SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcome to apply
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students with diverse communication needs
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine therapy goals
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate student records and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings to support student success
