Ideal Qualifications:

  • Current California licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Open to SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellows (CF)
  • Experience or ability to work with K-12 student populations
  • Strong communication skills, with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
  • Passion for fostering inclusive education and supporting diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Deliver therapy, both individually and in small groups, adapting techniques to meet a variety of student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Serve as a resource for staff and parents regarding speech and language development
