Key Qualifications:

• Current California Speech Language Pathology license (or eligibility)
• ASHA certification (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) status
• Experience or strong interest in K-12 educational settings

• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary staff, students, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy and interventions tailored to each student's needs
• Document progress, maintain compliance with state and district policies, and participate in IEP meetings
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support student communication and academic achievement
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices
