• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or related field
• Prior experience working with school-age children preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and IDEA compliance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse learning environments and student needs
• Reliable organizational skills and comfort working both independently and as part of an educational team

Your day-to-day focus:

• Assess and evaluate students to determine speech and language needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, both in small groups and one-on-one
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Monitor, document, and report on progress towards goals
• Provide resources, strategies, and training for staff and families as needed
• Comply with state and federal documentation and reporting standards
