Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
  • Current California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in K-12 school settings strongly desired
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide screening, assessment, and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders in an educational setting
  • Develop and implement IEPs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet student goals
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Consult and partner with teachers, parents, and staff to support student communication needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall development of student plans
  • Support a diverse student population through individualized and group therapy sessions

This assignment offers a competitive hourly rate between $55 and $70, reflecting your expertise and contributions.
