Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in California
  • Previous work with K–5th grade students, preferred
  • Knowledge of IEP process and familiarity with school documentation standards
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to customize interventions based on individual student needs
  • Flexibility to adjust to varying caseload demands

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement IEPs with measurable goals aligned to each student’s needs
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor student progress, adjusting plans as necessary
  • Document sessions and maintain accurate student records
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school activities
