Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain one before the start date)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with school-aged children and diverse student populations
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students in individual and group settings
  • Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of student progress and sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
