Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain one before the start date)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children and diverse student populations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of student progress and sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
