Help Students Build the Skills They Need to Succeed

Soliant Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school district for the 2026–2027 school year. In this role, you'll work with students to improve fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, and daily living skills that support academic achievement and independence.

Responsibilities
Evaluate students to identify functional, sensory, motor, and self-care needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in a school setting
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support student success
Recommend adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and classroom accommodations
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning

Qualifications
Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active state Occupational Therapy license
NBCOT certification required
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $47.53 to $67.53. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
