We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or Clinical Fellow) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide high-quality therapy services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students, with a primary focus on elementary grades. This full-time contract position offers a dynamic, supportive workplace where your skills in pediatric, teletherapy, and healthcare settings are highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active licensure as an SLP (CCC/CFY) or SLPA
  • Experience working in school and/or healthcare environments
  • Strong background in pediatric and elementary caseload management
  • Skill in both on-site and teletherapy service delivery
  • Dedication to fostering student growth and success
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
  • Compassion and adaptability in diverse educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and participation
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements
  • Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing program improvement initiatives
  • Serve as an advocate and resource for students’ communication needs, primarily at the elementary school level, but with opportunities for K-12 engagement
