Opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY), Teletherapy SLPs, as well as Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) for both school and healthcare settings. Work collaboratively with educators and families to help children reach their communication goals and thrive academically.
Skills and Experience Sought:
- Valid state licensure as SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA
- Experience in school and/or healthcare settings preferred
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms (for remote roles)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Aptitude for building rapport with students, staff, and parents
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students as assigned
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with teachers and special education professionals
- Monitor student progress and communicate findings to families and staff
- Deliver services in-person or via teletherapy, depending on assignment
- Adapt interventions to diverse learner needs and settings
