What You'll Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred, but not required—new graduates and clinical fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Genuine enthusiasm for working with elementary-aged children
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and fellow staff members

What You'll Do:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 elementary students
  • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to promote student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and professional development sessions
  • Supervise and mentor clinical fellows, fostering their growth and professional development
