What You'll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred, but not required—new graduates and clinical fellows are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with elementary-aged children
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and fellow staff members
What You'll Do:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 elementary students
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to promote student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and professional development sessions
- Supervise and mentor clinical fellows, fostering their growth and professional development
