Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across K-12.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address speech-language needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet the unique needs of diverse student populations.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid SLP certification/licensure appropriate for school settings.
- Experience working in K-12 educational environments preferred.
- Strong caseload management skills and the ability to tailor services for a variety of speech and language challenges.
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
