Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP licensure/certification in Oregon or eligibility to obtain
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Recent experience in school-based settings strongly desired
  • Familiarity with virtual (voco) therapy platforms a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Able to manage diverse student caseloads and work well with multidisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted speech and language therapy both onsite and via teletherapy platforms
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in school-aged children
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and interventions
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations
  • Adapt therapy techniques to serve varying student needs and learning environments
