While on-site presence is preferred and highly valued, virtual practitioners who reside in California will also be considered for this role.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on students’ communication skills—largely based at a single location for greater continuity and ease. Pay for on-site work falls between $65–$80 per hour, reflecting the value of your contribution.

To excel in this contract opportunity, you'll bring:

  • Active California Speech-Language Pathology license
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children—K-8 experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and student evaluation
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Comfort or interest in virtual service delivery (Candidates must live in CA)

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct and indirect speech/language services for a K-8 caseload
  • Conducting assessments and contributing to multidisciplinary teams
  • Developing and implementing student-centered IEP goals
  • Documenting progress and maintaining required records
  • Collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff to foster growth
