Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid California SLP license (required)
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or eligibility to complete the CFY (accepting both CCC and CFY candidates)
- Experience or genuine interest working with K-8 caseloads
- Willingness to work on-site—single-school placement likely, with consideration for virtual SLPs who reside in California
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language assessment and therapy services to K-8 students
- Develop, implement, and track Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and allied professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in professional learning and advocacy for speech-language services
