Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure (SLP-CCC required)
  • Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage a varied caseload
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to deliver therapy in person and adapt strategies for diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized educational and therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Foster a positive, encouraging environment that empowers students to excel
