School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Ocean City, Maryland

This role focuses on students from PreK-3 through 6th grade with mild to moderate disabilities, giving you the chance to make a meaningful difference in their communication and academic growth. Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure/certification in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• School-based experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Compassion for working with children who have diverse abilities and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students with mild to moderate disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student on your caseload
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to promote optimal outcomes and support academic success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team sessions, and other relevant school activities
