Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Active California SLP license (or eligibility)
- CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience in school settings and with IEPs highly valued
- Comfortable with AAC devices (preferred, not required)
- SLPA or healthcare experience beneficial
- Pediatric caseloads and teletherapy expertise a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans
- Lead therapy sessions—individually or in groups—focused on improving speech and language abilities
- Collaborate closely with educators, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate therapy documentation and progress updates
