Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Active California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • Experience in a school setting and familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) is valued but not mandatory
  • Comfort with AAC devices is a plus
  • Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates as well as experienced SLPs, SLPAs, and those with healthcare or pediatric backgrounds

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive screenings and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication challenges in students
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans to address unique student needs
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions—individually or in groups—to foster communication skills
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and allied professionals to coordinate and monitor student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and contribute to team meetings as needed
