Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Active California SLP license (or eligibility)
  • CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Experience in school settings and with IEPs highly valued
  • Comfortable with AAC devices (preferred, not required)
  • SLPA or healthcare experience beneficial
  • Pediatric caseloads and teletherapy expertise a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Lead therapy sessions—individually or in groups—focused on improving speech and language abilities
  • Collaborate closely with educators, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support student goals
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate therapy documentation and progress updates
