Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF)
  • Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure for practice in school settings
  • Recent experience in a school-based SLP role preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments to determine students’ needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educators and families
  • Provide evidence-based therapy and interventions for speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other clinicians to support students’ learning goals
  • Maintain detailed records of evaluations, progress, and communications in accordance with school and legal standards
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to contribute expertise and update on student development
