Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current SLP certification and active licensure required
• Experience working with high school-aged students preferred
• Deep understanding of IEP procedures and compliance
• Ability to administer evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and formulate evidence-based goals
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to high school students
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing input and progress updates
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document therapy sessions, progress, and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies
• Provide education and strategies to staff and family members to support student success
