Certified Elementary Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Oceanside, CA

Step into an engaging role supporting preschool through 3rd-grade students as a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist. Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (required)
• Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in an elementary school environment preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct and indirect therapy services to students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs in compliance with educational standards
• Foster positive communication with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress records for each student
• Support classroom teachers with resources and strategies for language development
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development activities
