Step into an engaging role supporting students’ communication and language development in a dynamic school setting near Ochelata, OK. This contract opportunity for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist focuses on providing essential speech and language services to a pediatric caseload within a collaborative educational environment.

As the lead SLP-CCC, you’ll have the support of three dedicated speech paraprofessionals and an additional team member for paperwork assistance, maximizing your ability to focus on assessment, therapy, and family collaboration. With on-site work required, you’ll be able to build meaningful relationships with both students and staff throughout the academic year.

Key Qualifications:

  • SLP-CCC certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
  • Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work on-site; remote/virtual services are not available
  • Supervision for CFY or SLPA is not currently provided onsite—candidates with external supervision arrangements may be considered

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 51 students (Pre-K – high school)
  • Work alongside speech support staff to deliver high-quality therapy and intervention
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

This position is full-time across 3 to 4 days weekly for the 2026-2027 school year, providing a balance of professional commitment and flexibility.
