Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Oconomowoc, Wisconsin

Ideal candidates bring expertise in pediatric SLP practices, either in-person or via teletherapy, and can easily transition between working with EC-1st grade and occasional 2nd and 3rd graders. New graduates or those completing their CFY are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current or eligible Wisconsin SLP license
• Pediatric speech therapy experience in educational settings preferred
• Familiarity with the unique needs of early childhood to primary grades
• Previous school-based or teletherapy SLP experience advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and families
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to a varied caseload of students
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Work with a 3:1 model, balancing therapy sessions with IEP management, consults, and planning
