Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations to determine students’ communication strengths and needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate speech-language strategies in daily instruction
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress, compliance, and service delivery
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to team discussions and planning
• Provide direct and consultative services, adapting approaches as needed for each educational setting
