School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Odenville, Alabama

We are seeking two experienced Speech-Language Pathologists for a full-time assignment spanning through the end of the 2026-2027 academic year. This is a contract role, serving a diverse school population. The preference is for onsite service delivery; however, virtual candidates may also be considered based on experience and fit.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP State License and active Educator Certification required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Prior experience working with school-age children across a variety of grade levels preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Ability to support students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
• Comfortable with both independent service delivery and working as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students’ speech, language, and communication challenges
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and federal requirements
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
• Support a positive and inclusive school environment through proactive communication
