Job Type Contract

Step into a rewarding school-based speech-language pathologist opportunity working with students who thrive with your guidance. Multiple contract roles are available for the upcoming school year, supporting elementary, preschool, kindergarten, middle, and high school populations. Students range from ages 3 through 12th grade, providing a dynamic experience for professionals eager to make an impact.

Openings include two full-time SLP contracts (August 25 through November 13) with elementary caseloads (1st-5th grade)—both virtual and onsite candidates are welcome. There is also a full-time SLP need for grades 6-12 (shared between two school buildings, November 6 to February 17); this role may be ideal for those interested in consecutive assignments, as it can follow an elementary leave block. In addition, there are two exclusive in-person positions: a full-time preschool SLP (ages 3-4, August 25 to October 16) and a full-time kindergarten SLP (primarily supporting students on the Autism spectrum, August 25 through November 13).

Desired experience and qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current ASHA CCCs or clinical fellowship eligibility
  • Appropriate state licensure (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience with school-based or pediatric caseloads preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfort working onsite and/or via teletherapy platforms (case dependent)
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive speech/language assessments
  • Developing and implementing targeted treatment plans
  • Collaborating with families, teachers, and support staff
  • Maintaining clear, up-to-date documentation of student progress
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to goal planning

Whether you thrive in an elementary school, enjoy serving older students, or have specialized experience with early childhood or Autism populations, there’s an immediate need for your skills. Take your next step in a collaborative environment dedicated to student growth—submit your application today and inspire meaningful progress this school year!
