Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Maternity Leave Coverage | 2026–2027 School Year

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and engaging Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, in-person maternity leave assignment during the 2026–2027 school year. This position will serve a Preschool and Kindergarten caseload, including students within an Autism program and inclusion population.

Position Details:

- Full-time
- Maternity leave coverage
- Approximately November 18, 2026 – March 10, 2027
- Thanksgiving week off – no students
- Preschool & Kindergarten caseload
- Autism program and inclusion population
- In-person candidates only

Responsibilities:

- Provide speech and language therapy services according to students’ IEPs.
- Support Preschool and Kindergarten students with a variety of communication needs.
- Work with students within both Autism support and inclusion settings.
- Develop and implement individualized speech and language goals.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate therapy documentation.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Provide strategies and recommendations to support communication skills within the classroom environment.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active or eligible state SLP licensure
- Appropriate school-based certification/credentialing as required by the state
- Experience working with preschool, early elementary, and/or autistic students preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Must be available to work onsite/in person
